Dear Cambridge Academy Alumni, Friends & Supporters:
We are about to celebrate Christmas of 2014 after a very successful year for our association. I don’t have to list all of our accomplishments, but among them are our Federal tax-exempt status; ‘Fun-bridge’ pre and post reunion events; the 2014 Reunion celebration attended by approximately 250 alums and their guests; the acquisition of Guyana’s high National award for Robert A. Pinkerton; and our Election of Board Members. Make no mistake, these were Herculean tasks that could only be accomplished by your prayers, dedication, commitment, and the support you gave to the association all year round.
Soon, 2015 will dawn! CAAAI will be faced with new ambitions and opportunities such as shipping supplies to our partnership schools in Guyana; fun-raising events; filing both Federal and State tax forms; planning, searching and negotiating with other venues for our 2016 Reunion. Please know that the Executive Board and Committee Chairpersons owe each and every one of you a heartfelt 'Thank You' for all the encouragement, feedback, and overall support you continue to give to your association. We would welcome any assistance, in any area, you wish to volunteer your expertise or services in the new year. So as one good year ends and another begins, let us together thank God for His Son, and trust Him for the fulfillment of all our wishes both personal and for CAAAI as we celebrate with our friends and families during this season.
On behalf of the President and the Executive Board Members of CAAAI, I wish you a very Merry Christmas and a prosperous New Year! Again thank you for being a dedicated member of the Cambridge Academy Alumni Association International family.
Sincerely,
Desiree
Dr. Desiree DeFlorimonte, CEO-CAAAI
