A Christmas Message of Hope

Hello Cambridge Alumni, well-wishers, friends, and supporters, although the year 2020 is coming to a close and in its aftermath it is leaving sickness, hunger, pain, unemployment, death, and uncertainty, ours is a Christmas message of FAITH, HEALTH, and OPTIMISM for 2021. The CAAAI organization is built on the principles of belief in an All-Powerful God, unity of purpose, and giving back to others. This Christmas in particular, we remember the legacy of Robert A. Pinkerton who was a man grounded in faith and conviction, and we reach out to our members all over the world in spite of covid and other disparaging situations we are facing, to wish you all a Merry Christmas and a faith-filled New Year.

Safe Haven Solutions - The Talk

Dear Alumni, Friends and Supporters,

Dr. Frank L. Douglas, author of "Defining Moments of a Free Man from a Black Stream" will be hosting, Safe Haven Solutions - The Talk

The public execution of George Floyd has awakened the nation to the inequities and iniquities of Systemic Racism. As we address the institutional and structural problems, there is a need to provide opportunities for minority professionals to discuss and find ways to deal with aspects of systemic racism that currently impact their lives.

To address this, I am announcing the launch of Safe Haven Solutions-the Talk which will provide a Space for open and candid dialogue; a place where professionals can present and discuss ways to address current personal problems in the workplace, be it in industry, academia or government. Each discussion group will be limited to 5 participants and sessions will last 90 minutes. Participants will commit to observe Chatham House Rules and respect the wishes of the presenter. Everyone is encouraged to participate in Problem Identification, Cultural Influence, Personal Impact and Business Impact. In each session, participants will be selected from diverse backgrounds and professions.

Staying In Touch With You

Dr Aubrey BenthamFellow alumni, friends, and well wishers, the CAAAI Executive Board is taking this opportunity to reach out to all members and friends during this time of global tribulation, trials, and uncertainty. The Coronavirus (Covid-19) has dealt a staggering blow to countries around the world, and has interceded into some of our individual lives. It has created an atmosphere of distress, anxiety, and death regardless of one’s social class, religion, or politics; and we don’t really have a timeframe for when this plague will leave us.
